I am an Australian, married to a Norwegian Diplomat, and have lived in many different countries as well as Norway. I am a keen home cook and have often scrummaged for fresh produce along streets and markets, adapted to seasonal offerings and experimented with local delicacies.
I now have the opportunity to explore Oslo and want to share my food finds and eating experiences to make us all excited about what’s out there.
It has taken me a long time to get into the psyche of coping and adapting to the different seasons in Norway, particularly the long winters.
